Most of the sales in Clayton-Le-Woods over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £274,059. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £150,598 and terraced properties averaged at £122,124.
Clayton-Le-Woods, with an overall average price of £207,528 was more expensive than nearby Buckshaw Village (£192,296) and Bamber Bridge (£143,753), but was cheaper than Whittle-Le-Woods (£259,942).
In the past year house prices in Clayton-Le-Woods were 4% down on the year before and 4% down on 2016 when they averaged at £215,505.
