Anthea Turner sells her dream horsey home!

Anthea Turner

Anthea Turner is selling her £6.5million Surrey home. The TV personality had decided to keep the property through her husband’s bankruptcy in which they were forced to sell their dream ski chalet in France, but it seems the former GMTV presenter has chosen to move on.

Sundown boasts four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.  The ‘perfect housewife’s’ property comes complete with impressive Equestrian facilities including and indoor sand school and barn – perfect for practicing some Katie Price-esque horse riding. If you’re not a pony fan, then fear not as the property is situated on the green belt and is classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty making it the ideal place to enjoy walking and cycling.

The luxury property also comes with a separate three bedroom cottage and a two bedroom barn which makes it great for entertaining. The plush potential of the estate hasn’t gone unnoticed by other celebrities – Chris Evans bought the property back in 2000 before selling it to businessman Boris Berezovsky in 2004.

If you fancy the idea of getting away from it all, and perhaps riding a few horses while you’re at it, check out these rural properties around the UK.
