A taste for refurbishment

A look at the record levels of traffic recorded on Rightmove in January, reveals that home-hunters may be developing an appetite for refurbishment.

The most-viewed homes on Rightmove tend to be high-value properties, as our property pornstars of 2012 revealed, however among the top 100 most-clicked homes on our site in January were three unusual listings in need of a bit of work to bring them back to their full glory: a former station house in Essex, a dilapidated town house in Tavistock and a an old cottage on Dartmoor.
