Logic Estates come first in Rightmove Mystery Shop
The results are in and we have a winner! At EA Live 2015 in December, Logic Estates came out top in the Rightmove Mystery Shop.
They scooped the main prize of a branded taxi to use in their marketing for 6 months in their home city of Liverpool. The Mystery Shop measured participating agencies from across the country on the speed and content of a response to an email lead.
We caught up with their Sales Director, David Kennedy to discuss coming first and their thoughts on the year ahead.
Congratulations, David. Why do you think your agency finished first in the Mystery Shop?
We’ve got a good structure. Regardless of where our leads come from, we have a rule in place to make sure they’re dealt with in 30 minutes. We have three negotiators on a rota dealing with leads one at a time, so it’s not left to one person to deal with and they’re less likely to get missed.
Do you prioritise your leads at all?
Because we aim to jump on them all so quickly, we don’t feel we need to prioritise. All leads are equal and we deal with everything as it comes so that we give all customers and potential customers a great service.
Does technology help you?
Our software system really helps. Whenever we get an enquiry from Rightmove, the system automatically registers it within our database – so even if someone missed it manually, it would still appear and be added to our system.
What’s on the horizon for 2016?
The big thing for us this year will be making our customers’ lives easier through automation. We’re launching new technology to speed up the whole buying and selling process, with everything in between covered. Our new functions will allow buyers and sellers the freedom to do business instantly. When they want, where they want, 24/7.
