SMS campaigns are helping developers reach more buyers

We introduced SMS campaigns this year and many developers have seen the benefit of combining this with their planned activities.

We launched SMS campaigns to new homes developers on May 1st 2014, creating another way to promote your properties to the UKs largest database of motivated home movers. Since then we have sent over 20,000 SMS messages for more than 50 new homes developers, with 20 of those developers booking further SMS campaigns for the coming year.
They regularly receive updates on property opportunities and we hope to share some research on the trends we have seen over the last few months and what motivates them to invest.

Work began in early 2014 with us testing various different software options, paying particular attention to how these could compliment your marketing strategy.
