Where’s the highest yield in London?

We thought we’d take a look at the areas of London with the highest yield. The heat map below displays the highest yields across the London, you can view those high value locations and advise your landlords where in the capital is ripe for investment.

The impact of Crossrail has yet to be reflected in rental increases in the boroughs connected by this rail network, however pockets of areas such as Barking and Dagenham, Bexley and Havering appear to be key investment hotspots where landlords are achieving above 5% yield.

Agents view

Areas of ‘prime London’ aren’t benefitting from similar increases. Chelsea, Westminster and Fulham all show yields of around 3.5%, making those areas more suited to the longer game of capital appreciation.
