Rupert Dawnay from England has been involved with estate agency for some thirty years, previously working with a well-respected international estate agents, in London. Katia Zaninovic, who is Croatian and a native of Hvar, also worked in London for a number of years in the corporate lettings market. The working team is completed by Marija Barbaric from Hvar. Balustrade Estates is fully certified and legally accredited to deal with all aspects of property transactions.
