The villa is located in a dominant position on a hill in the Serra district just 2.5 km from the village of Canneto, known as Marina Lunga, full of shops and activities that make Lipari a livable island even during winter months. From Canneto it is possible to easily reach the historical centre with the Regional Archaeological Museum and the Castle and its medieval towers. Lipari can be easily reached by ferry and hydrofoil from Naples, Milazzo, Messina, Palermo and Reggio Calabria.
