Around 10,000 new properties are uploaded to Rightmove every day, helping connect consumers with available homes across the UK. 

Home-movers can access the UK’s largest choice of homes for free across residential sales, new homes, rentals, build-to-rent, commercial and overseas property.

Partners benefit from access to the UK’s largest home-moving audience, helping them win instructions, generate enquiries and grow their businesses. In H1 2026, Rightmove recorded its highest agent retention rate in ten years.

Rightmove’s partners include estate and letting agents, developers, commercial property operators, overseas agents, financial services providers and home services businesses.

Rightmove listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2006 (ticker: RMV) and is a member of the FTSE 250 Index, with a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt trading on the over the counter (OTC) Market (ticker: RMVEY).

Delivering partner value through product innovation and insights

Rightmove has evolved far beyond property listings and continues to invest heavily in technology, AI, data and product innovation to support partners and improve the home-moving journey. 

The Board has approved a £60 million investment plan for 2026–2028, focused on consumer innovation, AI-powered operations and new growth opportunities. 

In H1 2026, Rightmove had 46 strategic AI initiatives underway and delivered more than 4,000 technology releases, around 40% more than the previous year.

Helping partners succeed remains central to Rightmove’s business. The platform connects available homes with active buyers and renters, supporting enquiries, instructions and a more efficient housing market.

In 2025, Rightmove conducted more than 75,000 partner meetings, strengthening relationships with agents and helping partners get more value from the platform. 

Partners benefit from high-quality leads, market intelligence, valuation tools and marketing products designed to help them demonstrate expertise, win business and drive growth.

Rightmove Hub and Rightmove Plus were accessed more than 28 million times by agents in 2025, showing the scale of partner engagement with Rightmove’s tools and insights. 

This includes recent innovations such as:  

• An AI-enabled Online Agent Valuation tool, which increased valuation enquiries by 50% in H1 2026 

• Opportunity Manager, using AI to help agents identify likely sellers earlier 

• Lead to Keys, a simple tool to allow letting agents to manage the whole renting process, end to end 

• AI-powered call transcription designed to help save agents’ time 

Through the Rightmove training and education Hub, the company has supported higher professional standards across the industry for more than a decade, providing agents with training and professional certifications at no additional cost to their membership and helping them keep pace with evolving industry and regulatory expectations. 

More than 12,000 learners enrolled across Rightmove’s training and qualifications programmes, supporting professional development across the property industry.

Rightmove’s property-tracking tools are now used on more than eight million properties, helping home-movers stay informed throughout their journey.

• Ask Rightmove, a conversational search experience that is driving around 40% higher engagement and nearly doubling enquiry rates, making property search more intuitive 

• A range of valuation tools, from instant estimates to agent valuation requests, giving people a better understanding of what their home could be worth 

• A lender-backed digital Mortgage in Principle with NatWest, alongside mortgage and remortgage affordability calculators, providing buyers a clearer view of what they can afford 

• Personalised search tools including property alerts, My Rightmove, Shared Lists, My Places and Draw-a-Search, supporting home movers to find properties that suit their needs 

• Local market information including sold prices, schools, renovation costs and extension opportunities, putting more of the information people need in one place 

• AI-powered tools such as AI Keywords and Style with AI, helping people explore properties in ways that suit individual preferences 

• Home-moving and sustainability guides, offering practical information at different stages of the journey 

• Home services including utilities, media and insurance, simplifying some of the practicalities of moving 

• A Rightmove app within ChatGPT to support early-stage property discovery, bringing property search into a more conversational and personalised experience

Rightmove has built more than 25 years of UK property, consumer and partner data, giving it a unique perspective on housing market trends and home-moving behaviour.  

Rightmove publishes some of the UK’s longest-running and most widely used housing market reports, including its House Price Index (since 2002), Rental Trends Tracker, Mortgage Rates Tracker and Commercial Insights Tracker
