Rightmove hosts AI webinar for agency leaders

The UK’s largest property platform Rightmove has announced a new webinar for estate and letting agents focused on helping business leaders understand how AI can deliver practical results for their agencies.

Taking place on Thursday 9th July at 10am, ‘AI for Agency Leaders: From Hype to ROI’ will bring together industry experts including Steve Pimblett, Chief Data Officer at Rightmove, Toby Flenley from Google and Ian Preston from Greenhouse OS.

The session will explore how agencies can use AI to improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences and identify opportunities to generate measurable business value.

The webinar comes as Rightmove continues to explore ways in which it can support agents with helpful AI tools. One example is an AI-powered Property Performance Overview feature currently being trialled with around 10% of agents in Rightmove Plus.

The beta feature uses AI to summarise the data and insights already available within a property’s performance report, helping agents quickly understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where there may be opportunities to improve performance.

By turning detailed report data into clear, ready-to-use insights and simple suggestions, the feature is designed to help agents spend less time analysing reports and more time acting on them.

Steve Pimblett, Chief Data Officer at Rightmove, said: “AI has huge potential to help agents become more efficient by making valuable information easier to find and understand. We’re seeing growing interest from agents who want to move beyond the hype and understand where AI can genuinely add value to their business.

“That’s why we’re bringing together experts from across the industry to share practical examples and lessons learned, while also testing new AI capabilities with agents. Our Property Performance Overview beta, which uses AI to help agents quickly understand the key insights from their Property Performance Reports and identify areas where they may be able to improve a property’s performance.

“What’s particularly important is that these technologies enhance rather than replace the human expertise that remains central to moving home. The best customer experiences still come from great conversations, local knowledge and trusted advice, and technology should support agents in delivering exactly that.”

Jason Charles, Head of Education at Rightmove, said: “Agents are telling us they want practical guidance on how AI can help their businesses today, not just discussions about what might happen in the future. This webinar is designed to give agency leaders clear, actionable insights they can take away and apply in their own businesses.”
