Rightmove, the UK’s largest property platform, has partnered with industry commentator Silvia Eldawi to launch a new podcast series, Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers, shining a spotlight on estate agents from across the UK and showcasing the expertise, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit driving the industry forward.
Premiering today (05 October 2026), the series brings together ten agency leaders for 40 episodes. Packed with real world experiences, success stories and practical advice the series will cover topics ranging from winning instructions and sales progression to technology, AI and customer experience.
Hosted by Silvia Eldawi, Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers has been created to give industry leaders a platform to share ideas, celebrate success and help others learn from their experiences. The series is supported by Rightmove as part of its ongoing commitment to championing agents and helping partners build successful businesses.
The line-up includes industry movers and shakers from a diverse range of businesses and backgrounds, reflecting the breadth of expertise across the industry. Guests represent markets ranging from London and the South West to Wales, Yorkshire and East of England. They will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, alongside the lessons they’ve learned growing their businesses and supporting movers in their local communities.
To bring agents’ expertise to an even wider audience, Rightmove will also repurpose selected podcast content across its consumer-facing channels. Highlights from the series will be shared through video clips, moving guides and email communications, helping home movers access practical advice from a range of expert voices.

Golden Nuggets: Movers and Shakers is available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts, with new episodes released every weekday throughout October and November.
