The apartment is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a cozy living area with kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with a parquet floor. To complete the property a fabulous panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and relax area.
The property, totally renovated respecting the typical features of the island's houses, has some walls made with the typical local stone.

Pearl of the Mediterranean Sea, Marettimo is one of the Egadi Islands: geographically, it is the furthest of the three and 20 miles away from Trapani. It is also the most mountainous, wooded and uncontaminated one. Marettimo preserves a unique environmental heritage from a flora viewpoint as well as a fauna one. The island counts around 400 emerged and submerged sea caves and the most famous ones are: the Camel Cave, the Thunder Cave, the Nativity Cave, the Perciata Cave and the Bombard Cave. From an archaeological and cultural perspective, you can visit the castle at the top of the promontory of Punta Troia, the "Roman Houses" and the Byzantine little church. Moreover, a small white-walls town is located at the centre of the island and has two landing places: the New seaport, where both ship and hydrofoils dock, and the Old seaport, which is a characteristic fishermen small port.
