The complex, of about 4400sqm in total plus external spaces, is composed of several buildings deriving from the historical building heritage of Montepulciano, recovered, renovated and reused within a unitary project aimed at creating a reception center, for catering and for well-being. The Resort consists of several buildings, the "Villa", the "Dimora del Custode", the "Pergola" and the "Granaio". The "Villa", faithful in the architecture of the 1800's style, is characterized by corridors that connect the rooms and the various internal environments.
Description
The property maintains unchanged those particular suggestions related to the ancient splendor of the nineteenth century, in which, however, we do not forget the present with that aesthetic refinement linked to modernity. 1800 building recovered respecting the historical tradition with precious materials, wood, travertine, has a ground semi-basement where there are rooms and service rooms, a first floor. second and third destined where rooms are made.
