Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Shopping is great, and transport links are very convenient with nearby buses and Liverpool Lime Street station. The area is peaceful with almost no traffic noise—only the occasional seagulls or breeze from the River Mersey.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded promptly to any issues raised. They go above and beyond, often exceeding expectations with how quickly and effectively they resolve problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how addictive the resident coffee and hot chocolate machine would be, and just how welcoming the community is. Reece and Sarah are absolute MVPs who make the place feel special. It’s less like a standard apartment complex and more like living in a self-catering hotel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The keel is the most perfect location, peaceful and a quiet area while at the same time only being a short walk away from the madness and the more lively area of the restaurant and bars! Best of both worlds :) Our dog loves living here too and its great to see all the other dogs and pets here which i feel is hard to find in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue once were the washing machine had broken and within the hour reece had sorted someone to come and fix it. Quick and easy !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only have good words to say about living here. It feels like home already and only been here coming up to 3 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on the docks is great, right by the river and far enough from the city center so it's quiet but close enough to get there in less than 20 minutes. Train stations close enough to walk to. We never has issues with uncleanliness and waste is always collected regularly. Parking is a little expensive but you dont need a car in most cases.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had to raise any issues as of yet however, we always get prompt replies to any emails.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing really, as most things are great, is the closest supermarket is at least a 25 minute walk meaning weekly shopping takes over an hour on foot.

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is available on site for quite a substantial monthly fee. Location is great; close to the M&S Arena, the city center and the Baltic Triangle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded promptly to queries

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments can get a bit too hot during the summer

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in a good area that is a walkable distance from the City Centre, Baltic Triangle, and Albert Docks. Transport links are okay but it’s not too far from L1 bus station or James street station. Living by the water is great during the summer and perhaps a little less forgiving during the colder/windier parts of the year. Traffic noise is very minimal in this area with the exception of the odd beer bike blasting a Top 40 song on a Saturday morning - rather amusingly- as it goes by the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management are very swift in taking action to address any issues and or problems raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how many dog owners that lived in the building.
