The central Andalusian-style patio (67 m²) with columns and arches (brick and stone) is the heart of the house. The center is open, the contours are covered. It opens with a double French doors onto a small terrace (with awning) and large outdoor terraces with views of sea and mountains. In its center is a lighted fountain with adjustable jet and surrounded by flower boxes.

Descriptions and outdoor terraces:

The terraces all along the house 'sea side' are 20x3m, 60 sqm. In the middle is a double staircase leading down to the pool area (9.5x5) which is built on more than 190 m², including 115 m² of terraces. Below stairs are a double toilet and a shower and sink. The pool is lit by two led spotlights.

Poolside, a pergola (4x2.5) Andalusian style brings a particular freshness and has a large table and 8 chairs.

At right corner of the pergola, the summer kitchen is complete with fryer, grill, dishwasher, double sink, cupboards, extractor, fridge etc ... Coming from the road, a 50 m descent leads to the parking area withstonepavement. There is room for 5 cars easily. It borders a building that has a large garage of 20 m², a technical room for the engine and water pump of the house with softener, a large water tank of 30,000 liters, a workroom with workbench of 14 m². Besides this workshop is the gas tank of 2,500 liters.

From this car park, a stone staircase leads to the main entrance of the house and is decorated with flowerbeds. A lawn along the 'East' part of the house is planted with many fruit trees (peaches, quinces, lemons, tangerines, pomegranates, oranges, etc ..).

Gardens and green spaces:

The land was recently planted with pines, firs, spruces, cedars, various cacti, cherry laurels, bougainvilleas and paths were traced in order to walk there easily (mountain side). Many fruit trees also adorn the bottom of the garden, apples, figs, plums, greengage and other varieties. Many avocado trees of various species guarantee a large crop. The garden is 'green' all year.

Other equipment

All doors and windows were changed recently (DV white aluminum) and are protected against any violation by Andalusian wrought iron grilles. The entire surface of the house was recently re-pavemented with design and quality.

There are adapted mosquito nets of same material and color as the windows throughout the house and patio.
