    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Walking distance to Central/Queen Station and the subway. Shared security with the Barclay campus is great.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management team is helpful and responsive. The maintenance request through the online portal is simple. I appreciate that they have an inspection done before move-out day so I know if the inventory condition is good enough.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Bin room - too many residents, so it's hard to have everyone keep the bin room tidy. I know the mgmt team had put in a lot of time to make it look better.

    Some nice cafés round about, close to all transport li ks to cover the whole of the city. The area does cover some alcohol and drug usage. STREETPARKING AVAILAB LE after 6 pm Great!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly and pleasantly. Even offering to go over and above requirements .

    Washer,Drier not enough to dry clothes so a free standing drier was required

    There’s so much variety in the area we are spoiled for choice and it isn’t directly in the city centre, personally I think it’s perfectly positioned

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We had dampness in our ceiling in a bedroom, we made a call and the building management was up straight away to have a look at the problem

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There’s nothing that I’d wish I knew before moving in but I’m very glad that I did, our time here has been the best, and may there be many more

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area is okay, across the bridge is the town centre which is better than the immediate area. Antisocial behaviour is not too common, especially on the campus itself, feels extremely safe. Out with the campus, it isn’t an amazing area but there is definitely worse.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are okay. Issues can be quite difficult to resolve that are more external, but small issues can be resolved fast.

    The area isn’t as community and family safe as I thought, however the campus which the building is on with Barclays etc, is clean, safe, and a nice place to be

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Conveniently located near city centre with easy access to the subway, Central Station and a variety of bus routes. Lots of good local and international shops within walking distance. Bins are collected pretty regularly but can get overcrowded because residents don't understand how to sort their rubbish or read signage. Noise levels vary and can be quite loud due to late night street racing, but this is usually only during the weekend and emergency vehicle sirens. Higher floors may not be as affected. There is incredibly limited parking and due to the hostility of the student loan building across the way about temporary parking in front of the building, accessibility to the building is difficult for people who are moving in or out. The Barclays security patrolling the campus nearby keep the area fairly safe, but it's pretty dodgy under the rail bridges.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    For situations that were within their control they were great at responding to any issues I've had and for ones that weren't (like the parking) they were incredibly empathetic and did their best to improve the situation.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Something I wish I had known was how loud the street noise could be at night because I would have opted for a flat on a higher floor.
