This apartment is definitely our favorite ! On the 1st level of a chalet with only 5 apartments, in a secluded area away from the crowdly resort but only few minutes away to pistes and ski lifts, this apartment of nearly 80 sqm has been recently and tastefully refurbished. It consists to a hallway which gives access every room of the apartment, then a huge living room with a fire place, a dining area and an open plan kitchen. A balcony longing the living / dining and kitchen is the best place to enjoy views, sunshine and quietness. There are two decent size bedrooms, two shower rooms and toilets, a separate toilets and a separate storage / laundry room. On top, this apartment is sold with a huge cellar and two car parks (one is covered).

This property is part of Montriond but in fact, the limit with Morzine is just next to the hamlet ! A new free bus stop is around 300 m away and drive you directly to Ardent cable car (Avoriaz area). Les Dérêches paths, which is the best place to easily walk along the river from Morzine to St Jean is next to the residence. Finally, even though this area is secluded and peaceful, a bio supermarket, a butcher's shop and an Argentinian restaurant cooking delicious empanadas are by 300 m away of the apartment.

Montriond is about 1h20 from Gevena airport and 40 minute-drive to Geneva Lake. The best place to be !
