The villa is an oasis of idyllic peace in the district of Iditella in Panarea. As soon as you enter the villa through the gate, you are on the upper terrace that gives access to the first of the three bedrooms of the villa, with its en suite bathroom. An external staircase then leads to the terrace below, surrounded by a verdant garden with a brick shower and a storeroom. From this terrace, you have access to the large living area of the villa, with a built-in kitchen, a bathroom and the other two bedrooms with their en suites bathrooms that overlook the terrace. The choice of materials used in the finishing of the villa gives it a modern, cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The villa is located in a reserved area of Panarea in the hamlet of Iditella, near the restaurant 'Da Paolino' and the small church of the Blessed Virgin. Panarea is one of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago and with its 3.5 km it is the smallest island of the Aeolian Islands. It lies northeast of Salina and Lipari and is 30 km from Stromboli. The tourist port of Milazzo is 65 km away. Panarea belongs to the municipality of Lipari in the province of Messina. San Pietro, Drautt and Ditella are the island's three hamlets. The center with boutiques, bars and restaurants is in San Pietro where the boat jetty is located. Just beyond the center of the hamlet of Drautt is 'la Cala Zimmari', one of Panarea's famous beaches. From here, a path leads to Punta Milazzese, where there are the remains of a prehistoric village. There is also an ancient path leading to Cala Junco, known as the most beautiful cove in the archipelago. It is a natural amphitheater formed by rocks surrounding an impressive natural pool. The islets of Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera, Panarelli and Formiche are located off the coast of Panarea and create, together with the active volcano of Stromboli, a wonderful atmosphere. The island has a helicopter landing pad and can be reached by ferry, speedboat or your own yacht.
