Griante is approximately 23 kilometres north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars open until late in Tremezzo and Menaggio (both neighbouring towns), and many restaurants specialising in typical 'cucina Lariana', which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake.

Providing all information regarding the purchase process, costs involved in the completion as well as costs for the routine management of the property - annual tax (IMU), water, electricity and gas bills.
