Passing through either of the arches you find the dining room which has wonderful views of the excellently maintained community gardens. The room, with feature beams, is bright and airy, fitted with mosquito screens too, and is large enough to host a sizeable dinner party.

Moving back to the living room and up the staircase you arrive at a hallway off which there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom is to the left and is presented as a twin. With a half vaulted ceiling it could be perceived that the wardrobes to the lowest end of the ceiling are small, however, they offer generous storage.

Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with circular bath and shower over with shower screen, toilet and basin. With a mirrored wall the bathroom is bright and also has an opening window.

The second bedroom is presented as a double, and has air conditioning, large wardrobes with sliding doors and two terraces leading off it.

The first of the terraces has north, east and south orientations and from which you can get a sight of the Mediterranean and beach. The second terrace has north and west orientations making it an ideal sun-downer location.

The urbanization has a free-form outdoor swimming pool and a covered heated indoor pool. There is also a communal library recreational room with free wifi although the property does have internet installed and the contract can be transferred to the new owner.

As already mentioned, the property is just a few minutes walk from the wonderful sandy naturist beaches of Vera Playa where you will find several beach bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance are non-naturist bars and restaurants, and a commercial centre with a selection of shops and even more restaurants and a large high street brand supermarket.

The area is serviced by a good bus schedule linking it with neighbouring towns such as Garrucha and Mojácar and also in to the town of Vera.

Airport transfers are an easy drive with transfer times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante being 60, 90 and 120 minutes respectively.

This is a great opportunity to purchase a substantial naturist property that could be utilised for full time living or as a lock-up-and-leave holiday home.
