The urbanization will put at your disposal private gardens with its own independent pool. The double orientation of the houses will allow you to enjoy these open spaces in both summer and winter. Your pool will be completely integrated into the garden of the house, configuring a unique and different space that will become one of the most special spaces in the house.

The flooring of your new house will be continuous large-format porcelain stoneware in all the rooms with  aesthetic effect.

The pavement has been chosen for an optimization of the underfloor heating system. Also, you may select other formats and pavement finishes at no cost so that your new home meets your expectations. The floor will be finished off with a skirting board with a matching white finish with the interior carpentry to create a completely integrated environment throughout the house.

The house will have a fireplace-cassette in the living-dining room area.

The walls will be finished with smooth plastic paint in white. Laminated plasterboard false ceiling finished in plastic paint will be placed. The houses will have an interior elevator with stops from the basement to the solarium.

All terraces will include lighting, electrical outlet and television outlet. In addition, all the terraces on the ground floor and the solarium will have a water connection. For maximum safety, these outdoor spaces will be paved with non-slip stoneware and will contain a skirting board of the same material in the areas that are required.
