Villa with panoramic views of the sea, the town of Calpe, and the Peñón de Ifach, situated in Maryvilla. 

There are two houses on the plot, the main house and a guest house (attached to the main one). At the entrance to the chalet, there is private parking for two cars. 

The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an American kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Also you can enjoy a terrace-solarium at the top with views of the sea and mountains. 

We can access the guest house through an intermediate terrace with BBQ. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and an American kitchen. There is a small balcony with BBQ and a staircase to go up to the terrace-solarium and also to go down to the pool. 



Calpe is a city on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. It is known for its beaches, such as the sandy Arenal-Bol. Nearby is the Roman site Baños de la Reina, with sea pools carved into the rock. On a promontory to the east, the Peñón de Ifach is a large limestone rock with a thriving birdlife. Below are the ruins of Pobla de Ifach, a walled medieval town. La Muralla Roja is an iconic castle-like building by modern Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, also located in this town.
