Villetta Martina is a charming detached villa in the Carnello zone of Isola Del Liri, only a short stroll from the centre of the neighbourhood, and thus combining a country feel with all the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, services and public transport.

An open-tread staircase takes us from the living room to the first floor and its 100 sq. mt. of sleeping area, where we find two master bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and panoramic view, a fairly large third bedroom, and a fourth room which could serve as a bedroom or study. This level of the home is completed by an elegant hallway with a Chesterfield sofa, an ideal place to spend a moment of pure relaxation, and a spacious bathroom with a large and beautiful bath tub, covered in marble.

Villeta Martina is connected to mains electricity and city methane gas, also mains water and sewage. The floor tiling in the living area are terracotta, while in the sleeping area all is in marble. The windows are double-glazed and fitted with mosquito screens, iron grills and aluminum shutters, while in the living room area for greater security, outside the French windows and shutters, there is a wrought-iron gate with separate lock.

This splendid property offers tranquility and quietness, it is private but not isolated given its interesting logistical position whereby all necessities for daily living are close at hand. The various services within easy walking distance include: primary schools, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and cafés: the shops include a greengrocer, grocery store, delicatessen, butcher, bakery and many others. The villa has excellent road access with a fast link to the Rome/Naples autostrada. Luxury coaches provide easy public transport to Rome, while buses connect to nearby local towns and to the mainline railway stations. Rome and Rome's airports are less than a 90 minute drive.
