INSIDE
The whole house feels light, airy and solidly built. There is still an abundance of original features keeping the character of when the property was first built. From the entrance porch you enter into an impressive reception hall and staircase with high vaulted ceiling. Doors lead into a good sized lounge to the front of the property, with gas fire and featured fireplace that could easily be replaced with a multi-fuel/log burning stove. Off the hall is also the downstairs cloakroom, access to the rear dining room with patio doors onto the decked area and garden. Finally there is a door leading to a spacious kitchen/family room with an array of cupboards, good level of solid wood worktop, gas hob, single oven, sink with drainer, space for a tall fridge freezer and/or undercounter fridge or freezer and , electrics and plumbing for dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The configuration works equally as well if you had the dining room at the back of the kitchen and then the family room where the dining room is currently.
On the first floor are two single bedrooms to the front, to the rear is a good size second double bedroom, and the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom (panel bath and shower overhead, vanity unit, hand basin and WC). To the right of the landing is family bathroom (with free standing bath with shower overhead, vanity unit, hand basin and WC) and a separate WC and hand basin.
OUTSIDE
The front garden is screened by mature hedging with a tarmac drive providing parking for up to three vehicles, leading to the front open porch. On the right hand side of the front drive is access to the enclosed south-east facing rear garden incorporating a decked patio leading out onto a lawn enclosed by high hedging providing a high level of privacy. The rear garden is approximately 45-50ft in depth. To the right of the rear garden is a garage which is now a good size garden shed providing plenty of storage for garden furniture and garden tools.
