Spire View is staffed by a Scheme Manager five days a week (Monday - Friday). The Scheme Manager will maintain contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and out of hours, customers can contact our 24-hour emergency response service via our Customer Wellbeing team. The Scheme Manager's role is to enable customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. They can help to signpost customers to the appropriate services for care and assistance.
