The River Beach at Agroal is only a 12 minute drive where you will find a lovely river beach, restaurant and café.

The house has mains water, electricity, septic tank and bottled gas. Gas is used for the hot water and one gas bottle lasts between 6 and 9 weeks depending on season.

New railings were installed in September 2021 - there is a gate so that access from the patio door in the lounge can be secure and safe for children or dogs. The windows are double-glazed with insulated shutters (no shutters downstairs) - these were new approximately 7 years ago. A new meter and upgraded fuse box was installed approximately 8 years ago.

The smaller garden is fully fenced, which is ideal for dogs . You can drive into the rear garden to park if you wish but there is easy parking in front of the house and room to park two cars.
