Description

Berry and George Estates was formed to make selling and buying your home much easier. To start with, we open 7 days a week, we're also available out of hours and we'll provide you with updates when your home is available on the market to be sold and once a sale has been agreed.
We completely understand just how stressful selling and buying can be, but we've found, with the right family environment behind you all the way, you'll see just how much easier it will be for you.

Located on Mold Road, between Mynydd Isa and Buckley is this very well-priced three bedroom semi-detached family home that's in excellent condition throughout.

Walking up the pathway that runs through the sizeable front garden, leads us directly to the front door. I must point out, is covered by a small but very useful extended canopy porch that will help fend off some of the rain.

Walking into the bright entrance hall, stairs lead to the first floor directly in front of us and double doors open up into the lounge.

A surprising spacious lounge which can play host to quite a few configurations, depending on how you will feel most comfortable. A stylish modern electric fire sits snuggly on the wall, creating a very nice feature - however this may not be included in the sale, but I'm sure won't be a deal breaker! A large window offers views of the front garden and a door opens into the Kitchen / Diner.

This is a room worthy of the title as there is enough space to comfortably house a table and chairs, so now you can entertain while you cook. Worksurfaces adorn two walls providing ample space for food preparation and also the 21st Century gadgets that we have become so accustomed to. A tiled floor provides easy maintenance and also adds to the aesthetics of the room. Kept nice and bright because of two picture windows and also a door that opens into the private rear garden.

The rear garden is sectioned off by paneled fencing and some large hedges and trees. There's an area of lawn and a patio section, ideal for sitting out and relaxing on after a hard day's work! A pathway runs from the front garden all along to the back and hugs the wall of the garage.
The present owner will admit that in 40 years of living here, he has never once stored as car in the garage, but he says it's probably one of the most useful spaces that comes with the home!

Returning back inside and up the stairs we come to a bight landing, with doors open to all of the rooms up here (unsurprisingly!)

The main bedroom and second bedroom are almost identical, give or take a few inches. Both can house freestanding furniture quite comfortably. One offers views over the front and the other garden views.

The smallest bedroom is just that. You can fit a bed in and furniture, limited to size but that's what the smallest bedroom is about. Now, you could use it as an office or even a games room, if you are lucky enough, in which case this is a good sized room.

The family bathroom is fitted with a modern contemporary suite. A corner shower unit with glass sliding doors and rainforest shower head will keep you clean. There's a stylish sink with vanity unit under and of course the lone toilet. A chrome heated towel rail clings to the wall, of which when winter comes, you'll be glad it's there and a tiled floor means maintenance is kept to a minimum.

All in all this is a very nice comfortable home, for someone looking to downsize, a first time buy or even an excellent investment property. Ready to move straight into, it's a great location, off road parking and a garage, plenty of living space inside and all this at a price you can afford.

Berry and George are here to help you throughout the buying and selling process, nothing is too small for us to help you with - please feel free to call us to discuss anything with regards to buying or selling.
