Description
This luxury beach house is accessed via a pedestrian pathway down the uneven cliff path to the spectacular sandy Whitsand Bay Beach which extends to some 3 miles from Portwrinkle to Rame Head. This is a great place to hone your surfing skills at the surf school or just to take long beach walks before having a drink at the beach bar at Eddystone Beach Cafe.
Approached via stone steps set into the cliff one reaches the timber decked terrace where you first appreciate the stunning views over the sea. Entering directly into the perfectly formed double aspect living area, the brightness and light are striking and offset well by the grey painted wooden floor. In the summer you can throw open the two sets of bi fold glazed doors to hear the waves breaking on the sandy beach below, and in winter you can cosy up in front of the log burner to watch the weather come in. There is a useful storage area above the bedroom and bathroom.
There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen with Neff dishwasher, electric hob, oven and fridge with wall and base units with wooden works surfaces and single drainer sink. A door leads off to the luxury wet room with shower, WC and wood effect tiled floors.
The spectacular double bedroom has glazed French doors onto the sun deck with direct panoramic sea views. The perfect place to wake up listening to the sea break onto the beach below.
Outside
Large secluded sun deck with glass balustrade with 180 degree panoramic sea views. Storage shed for surfboards and changeover material with washing machine.
