This country house comes fully furnished and would make a great holiday or permanent home. The pool area is to the left of the property and guest annex and has plenty of terrace space for your sun loungers, garden areas around the pool which has an automatic irrigation system and a large brick built summer house / bar / storage which overlooks the pool. From here, we have a gate which leads to the rest of the plot where we have a mini golf area and a partly fenced 500m2 orchard which includes, olives, figs, almonds, oranges and lemons.

Fuente Álamo is 35 minutes from the coast of the Bay of Mazarrón. Also for golf lovers, the Hacienda del Álamo Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. Within a radius of 15-30 minutes, we have the most important cities in the Region, Murcia and Cartagena. Very well connected to Murcia airport,only 18 minutes and Alicante 60 minutes drive.
