Finally completing the accommodation is the bathroom. And what a room to finish with. A large stand alone bath, a walk in shower with waterfall shower head, a stylish circular wash hand basin set into an oak vanity unit, an oversized black cast metal towel rail and a side aspect window. Both the walls and floor are fully tiled.

To the outside a drive leads along the right hand side, past a well maintained communal garden to a garage block at the back. One garage is conveyed with the property, which has electric, lighting and loft storage.
