Unit 1e is a high quality 313 sqft space. It is one of 6 office units and is located on the first floor in a converted barn building. The unit has its own kitchenette with space for a standard sized refrigerator. With secure Salto® locking system the office also has its own security alarm.

Thermoskirt® heating provided by the onsite biomass boiler means no loss of space due to radiator fittings and provides an ambient temperature controlled within the unit.

The unit benefits from fibre internet which is charged monthly in addition to the rent and has excellent upload and download speeds. There are numerous power and data points around the office.
