There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an internal staircase leading to a stunning internal loggia, the third bedroom.

The settlements of N. Triglia and N. Plagia have been inhabited since prehistoric times.
The ties with the monasteries of Mount Athos remain close to this day, and the inhabitants, locals and refugees from Asia Minor are engaged in agricultural crops and wine production.
The landscape is flat, cultivated and idyllic, with high aesthetic country houses and easy access to the sea.
Service points within a few kilometers and public transport nearby while the roads are accessible, paved with a few exceptions.
The area developed mainly during the 70s and 80s, as it was offered for holidays, rest and entertainment with direct and short access to the airport and Thessaloniki.
Despite the development, Halkidiki has not lost its local character and, every summer and winter, the inhabitants honor the old customs and celebrate with festivals and cultural events the changes of the seasons and the commemoration of Saints.
Beach Bars for young people and intense nightlife but peace and sea for families. High cash flows for investors make our Halkidiki an enviable and unique destination.
