Modern fitted kitchen with an extensive range of base and wall units, complimentary working surfaces and appliance space.

Ground floor bedroom two is a good-sized double room, there is also a modern bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor the principle bedroom suite is an excellent size and in our opinion could be reconfigured and be split in to two bedrooms if required. Far reaching views and walk-in wardrobe.

Modern bathroom completes the internal accommodation.

Outside delightful private rear garden which is ideal for outside entertaining and alfresco dining.

Drive way providing off road parking for two vehicles and leading to detached garage.

Location
Ideally located on the outskirts of the village of Bletchingley, in a sought after cul-de-sac, the property is still less than an hour from London. Bletchingley was originally a mediaeval market town and is located between Redhill and Godstone along the A25. The village has a great selection of local amenities : post office, cafe, pubs and much more all within walking distance from this home. The larger nearby towns of Oxted, Caterham, Redhill and Reigate offer more comprehensive shopping facilities. The village offers a variety of different clubs including football, cricket, bowls and a golf course, with more golf and horse racing activities in the surrounding areas. It is extremely well located, within easy reach of major transport links (A25, M23, M25, Gatwick Airport) with Nutfield Train station only 1.32 miles away and Redhill Mainline Train Station 2.5 miles which has links into London within half an hour.

The village boasts excellent state and private primary schools - Bletchingley Village Primary School and The Hawthorns School respectively. There is an abundance of good schools (both state and private sector) in the surrounding areas of Caterham, Woldingham, Oxted, Copthorne, Redhill and Reigate.'
