This authentic, historic villa was once in the hands of the renowned band member of Pink Floyd band during the heydays of the 70’s. Now completely renovated by a well-known architect, the result is a combination of tradition, avant-garde and hints of the original art-deco.
The main Italian-style villa consists of two levels. The ground floor is divided into two parts: the eastern and western, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two small storage areas.
Two elegant circular staircases lead to the first level where the kitchen, dining room, living room and a bedroom with a private bathroom can be found. The woodwork throughout the entire floor is of superb quality, not to mention the hand-made cement tiles – mosaic laid across the entire property.
Four separate buildings make up this spectacular mansion; the ground floor building west of the main house is the traditional Lindian soufa, a small original kitchen-living room area and a bathroom.
Directly next to the main house is a two-story building with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen on the ground floor blending beautifully with the outside dining area. Upstairs is a master bedroom with bathroom.
To the east of the main house is another small property with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom which looks out over the sea.

Solar panels have been installed on the grounds that supply electricity to the individual buildings. Additionally, an area of 200m² may be built on the existing land.
Location: Lindos is 48 km south from Rhodes town and 52 km from the International Airport.

Accessibility: Lindos and the surrounding villages are all accessible by a regular bus service or a one hour or so drive by car or taxi. Boats may also moor in the little bay of Lindos.
Investment potential: Lindos is one of the most sought-after villages in the entire Mediterranean region, and home ownership is extremely prestigious here.
