Here is a detached chalet which is located in a prime location of Montriond : quiet area (in a dead-end street,), close to a free winter bus stop (direct access to Ardent / Avoriaz), with amazing over looking views and a maximum sunshine !

It is as well easy to access Avoriaz pistes as a bus stop is located a stones' throw away from the chalet. It takes only 40 minutes to drive you to Ardent cable car.
