The Wilhelminian-style building, located in the well-known composers' quarter, is divided into a front building and a side wing. The south-west-facing side wing offers a view of the lovingly designed, green inner courtyard and the spacious neighbouring courtyards. As a result, this part of the house is also friendly and bright. The floor plans are
practical and meet current requirements without losing the charm of classic old flats. At the end of the 1990s, the entire house underwent extensive refurbishment. The top floor was converted and all flats were extensively renovated. The building is heated by district heating. The original old building details such as the black and white tiled original floor in the entrance hall or the tile details and stucco elements on the ceiling are particularly beautiful.

The Komponistenviertel extends in the side streets from Antonplatz to Mirbachplatz and a new neighbourhood culture is currently developing with a colourful mix of small cafés, pubs, shops, galleries and weekly markets. This year, the streets were transformed into a neighbourhood block with one-way streets and a carriageway, which has improved the quality of life considerably.
For nature lovers, the "Park am Weißen See" in the immediate vicinity is an inviting place to visit. This offers playgrounds and paddling pools for the little ones and a picturesque landscape and landscaped gardens for the grown-ups.
The local transport connections, especially to Berlin city centre, are excellent. Various tram lines M4, M12 and M13 as well as bus lines 255, 259 and N50 and the Pankow S-Bahn station provide quick access to the rest of the city centre.
