Designed by Amengual Arquitectes, the finca is designed in a long rectangular shape to create a Mallorquín oasis with a luxurious interior and charm. The house consists of a main building with an indoor/outdoor pergola, a guest house, storage room, and garage, allowing for a more active and alfresco lifestyle.

The main building features a grand entrance with a beautiful view of the backside garden and Tramuntanas through wrought iron windows. The house has a strategic placement facing both north and south, maximizing sun. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and Italian-designed wardrobes, while the guest bedrooms share a common bathroom and the guesthouse has its own en suite bathroom. The finca's walls and floor tiles are consistent throughout, creating a warm and contemporary atmosphere with handmade integrated bathroom furniture.
