Ref. JCS1004 - It is difficult not to fall under the spell of this St Emilion Grand Cru vineyard. Made up of two blocks planted with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, located within the Grands Crus Classés of the appellation, this 1.5 ha vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir.
The wines are produced using sustainable agriculture and have a beautiful aromatic complexity, with silky tannins and great finesse.

The property has all the necessary infrastructures for the elaboration of the wines:
- 1 stainless steel vat equipped with thermo-regulation
- 1 cement vat room
- 1 barrel cellar

All the buildings have been completely renovated and are in very good condition; all the wine-making equipment is of the latest generation.
