The property is moments from a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, markets, and shopping, with Stoke Newington, Shoreditch and Upper Street close-by. Nearby green spaces include London Fields, Hackney Downs, Highbury Fields, Butterfield Green, and Clissold Park which are each just a short walk away

A word from the owners:
We've loved living here for six years (since the property was first built) and are only moving as we've had a child and need more space! Dalston is a perfect mix, with vibrant markets, restaurants, bars, clubs and shops, as well as some lovely parks like Butterfield Green, Hackney Downs, London Fields, Highbury Fields, Clissold Park and the amazing Dalston Curve Community Garden. You're minutes to two overground stations and loads of good bus routes, and literally above M&S. Aldi, Sainsbury's and Ridley Road market are all closeby.
Our favourite places to eat include Casa Fofo, Angelina's, Little Duck, Oren, and Mildred's for something fancier (some in the Michelin guide), Brunswick East, Jolene, and The Dusty Knuckle for brunch, Kaffa Coffee and Andu for Ethiopian, Mangal 1 and 2 for Turkish, Supa Ya for ramen, BunBunBun for Vietnamese, and Pappo's for bagels.
Good bars include Red Hand, Dan's, Hector's, Three Sheets, and Hacha. For culture there are numerous galleries and venues, including the Arcola Theatre, Dalston Roof Park, and EartH.
The flat is light, spacious, quiet and balcony and communal garden are great.
