From the landing is also access, down a wide corridor to the Annexe. There are connections for a separate door bell and entry phone alongside the lift.

ANNEXE: There is a large double bedroom with a double aspect and a range of built-in wardrobes. The design of the kitchen and main living area takes into consideration that someone may wish these to be bedrooms therefore, the kitchen units are built on top of the continuous oak flooring in this section of the house. There is an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, sink and space for fridge with a peninsular dividing the kitchen from the living area. Here there are two large Velux windows and a deep eaves storage cupboard. There is a concealed door into the Sitting Room and a further door (enabling this room to be corridored off if required. An additional area of garden has a greenhouse and the newly installed drainage system. From the lane, access is gained into the parkland which extends to some 72 acres and for which the house owns 1500 shares allowing full use.
