Poets Corner is situated in the village of Stockland Bristol which lies some 8 miles north west of the market town of Bridgwater between the Quantock Hills and the Sea. Within the village is a Church and Village Hall/Social Club. Further facilities are available in the adjacent estuary village of Combwich which provides an Inn, Primary School, Post Office/General Store, along with boat moorings with direct nautical access to the Bristol Channel via the tidal River Parrett.
