The vendor has informed us that there are foundations in place for one four bedroom detached home, however these have not been seen by Burchell Edwards

The vendor has also informed us that all building regulation fees have paid to Ashfield District Council - Burchell Edwards are unable to confirm this, however a building regulations receipt will be issued to the purchaser.
