Situated at the end of a private cul de sac, tucked away behind some pretty Victorian railway cottages which run alongside the Cuckoo Trail (an ideal cycling and walking route). At the top of the lane are a few local shops but walking 5 minutes along the Cuckoo Trail leads to Waitrose, Sainsbury's and the High Street. Heathfield has a very good range of local shops and there is a strong community with local clubs for all age groups and three very good local primary schools and Heathfield Community College for older children. There is a bus service at the top of the lane to the school and also to Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne. There are several main line stations, the most popular used is Stonegate, about a 15 minute drive, with services to London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross.

Directions: Proceed south on the Hailsham Road out of Heathfield. On reaching a small parade of shops, turn down by the side of the bicycle shop into Harley Lane. Continue to the bottom and turn right, (it feels wrong but it is right), go all the way to the end and turn right into the cul de sac where the garage and driveway are located straight ahead. Access to the property is located on the right hand side via a private gate.

Council TaxA payment made to your local authority in order to pay for local services like schools, libraries, and refuse collection. The amount you pay depends on the value of the property.Read more about council tax in our glossary page.
