This enchanting Villa stands on an ancient farmhouse, dating back to 1860, which has benefited from a total renovation, including the foundations.
The property is immersed in the Plemmirio marine nature reserve just 500 meters from the sea, exactly on the promontory of the Maddalena Peninsula.
