This is not exclusive to estate agents, service is or at least should be at the core of every successful business operation. A businesses level of customer service links directly to the success and reputation of that business. What ever it is that is being provided by a company, as a customer you want to have the most pleasant, stress free & helpful experience as possible. You want to get your monies worth.
The old saying "You get what you pay for" could never be truer for the levels of service you receive from any company who you are buying a product or a service from. If you have "A Kitchens" quoting you £10,000 to refit your kitchen & "B Kitchens" quote you £6,000 for the same job, who is more likely to provide a better finish? A higher quality? The best service?
