Im delighted to bring to the market a 4 bedroom detached house in a countryside village but with great access to the motorway network making it a perfect location. The property is accessed via a private driveway and comprises entrance hallway with guest w.c., study, dining room, lounge with a feature fireplace with open fire. From the living area through sliding double glazed doors is a garden room with a solid roof providing an all year round useable space. The kitchen comprises solid units with a granite work surface and a built in dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a freestanding Stoves electric oven that is available by separate negotiation. There is a utility room with the same units and worktop and access to the garden.

On the first floor is a main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and and ensuite shower room, the property has 2 further double bedrooms and a 4th single bedroom that is currently used as a dressing room with built in bedroom furniture but can be removed if you need to make use of all the bedrooms available. The family bathroom was refitted in 2021 and is modern and of a high quality.

Outside of this delightful family home is a landscaped rear garden that was completed in 2019 To the front of the property is parking for a number of cars and open views over the Leicestershire countryside. A great house in a great location available to view now.

Area information
Twycross is a small village and civil parish in the Hinckley and Bosworth district, in Leicestershire, England, on the A444 road. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 850. The civil parish includes the villages of Norton Juxta Twycross and Orton on the Hill and the hamlets of Little Orton and Little Twycross, as well as Twycross Zoo, and the selective, private Twycross House School.
Twycross is named 'Twycross' because its centre lies at the intersection of three roads. The A444 connects it to Burton-on-Trent and Coventry and the B4116/B4114 to Birmingham. On 1 April 1935 the parishes of Gopsall, Norton juxta Twycross and Orton on the Hill were merged with Twycross.
Twycross is a popular tourist destination, due to its proximity to Twycross Zoo, which is home to over 500 animals from over 70 different species, including all four of the great apes. The zoo is also home to the Gruffalo Discovery Land, a new attraction based on the popular children's book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.

* The Twycross Cricket Club
* The Twycross House School
* The Twycross Village Hall
