From the ground level entrance area through a doorway is a small studio, a living room that has access on the outside , room and bathroom.
From the same ground floor entrance, through an internal staircaise you can find the kitchen. The living room gives access to the 3 rooms and the bathroom .The layout has the flexibility for separate use of some areas of the house, allowing , by just closing a doorway to have a separate apartment on the ground level that with a living, a bedroom and bathroom  for guests.
