This modern villa is located on a flat plot in Benissa just 4 minutes from the beach and has beautiful views over the Peñon de Ifach and the sea. The villa is under construction and will be completed in May 2024. On the north side of the villa is the entrance where you can enter the property through both an automatic gate and a pedestrian gate. There is parking for two cars here. On the other side of the plot is another second pedestrian entrance ideal for maintenance staff. The villa is spread over two floors and has a southern orientation so you can enjoy the sun all day. The ground floor comprises a living-dining room with a spacious, open-plan kitchen with a cooking island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the terrace through large sliding windows. Benissa is known for its crystal-clear, azure-blue beaches and there is also a beautiful walking route that leads you along several idyllic bays to Calpe.
