Situation

The land is situated to the west of the village of Litton adjoining Whitehouse Lane on the northern edge of the Mendip Hills and on the edge of the Chew Valley. The village adjoins the B3114 which links the A39 at Chewton Mendip to the A368 at West Harptree. Wells is 7 miles to the south, Chew Magna 6 miles to the north, Bristol 13 miles to the north and Bath 13 miles to the north east.
