Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is incredible - it's right next to the Finchley Road Tube station, and opposite a large Waitrose. There's also: * Pret A Manger about 20 seconds away * Japanese grocer about 2 minutes away (Natural Natural Finchley Road) * Boots about 5 minutes away * A small corner shop for Sunday nights when Waitrose is closed The only cons are a) it's next to quite a busy road (though I never had trouble with noise in the apartment itself), and b) there are often a couple of homeless folks around the Tube station asking for money (though I never felt unsafe). Overall, absolutely fantastic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well! I think there were ~3 times something broke and I reported it, and every time it was fixed either the same day or the next.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular comes to mind. The only small thing was the nearby Japanese grocer, Natural Natural Finchley Road, which it took me a little while to discover, and which is lovely.

Incredibly convenient area! Immediate access to public transportation and multiple grocery stores. Also a delightful walk to Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very responsive and have offered a lot of guidance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am on a lower level which I love for the quiet and less light because of my late working hours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well connected for transport links The strong windows did not permeate street noise. Good access to central london while being in a slightly more affordable geography.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There weren’t really any problems I encountered. They were accommodating.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No complaints really. It was as advertised. A studio space in general is not as spacious as 1bd but good for short medium term.
